Lo Mien and Chow Mien Noodles are both made from wheat flour with eggs added. Lo mien are stir fried and cooked in high heat. It is similar to our pancit canton, except I find Lo Mien to be a bit sweet.
In Binondo (in Manila), if you order this, they make the noodles fresh and right in front of you or a see thru kitchen. I always have fun watching them make my noodles.
