Homemade Ice Cream

Ice cream cost and overpriced pint of ice cream got you down? You don’t need a fancy ice cream maker. These no-churn recipes for classic chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream makes cold and creamy delectables that you can easily enhance with assorted flavors and mix-ins: candies, cookies, nuts, fruits, you name it. The only equipment you’ll need is an electric mixer and a freezer safe loaf pan. Your kids (and not so kids) will be so happy!

– 400 – 500 ml evaporated milk (cold or almost frozen)
-1 cup Nestle cream
-1 1/2 can condensed milk

In one bowl, mix milk and heavy cream in high speed until it doubles in volume. Add in the condensed milk, and some fruit puree (if using). For this one I only used cookies and cream and mango since that’s what I have. Fold in and mix thoroughly but quickly, until well incorporated. Transfer to a freezer safe tub and wait about 5 to seven hours before serving.

I don’t like it as frozen so I make sure to take it out 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

In order to grow my personal blog, Relaxlangmom earns revenue in a few different ways. I publish several sponsored posts each month, which are always labeled at the top. I also sometimes earn an affiliate commission on the sales of products I link to. I feature only items we genuinely love and want to share, and this is an arrangement between the provider and RLM (readers never pay more for products). These are the ways we support Relaxlangmom, and allows me to run the site and engage with this community I truly love. Thank you for reading!
