Buttered Baby Potatoes are great for side dish when serving grilled or fried pork and beef. I also like adding them to quick vegetable salads like this nicoise salad.
Buttered Baby Potatoes
- 1/2 kilo Baby Potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- a few sprigs of rosemary, chopped (Or bottled and dried ones work too)
- 3 garlic cloves
- Clean your baby potatoes by scrubbing them of grime and dirt. No need to peel them.
- Boil potatoes with garlic and enough salt (about a tablespoon) for 8 minutes or until soft.
- Heat pan, add butter and rosemary. Toss until baby potatoes are coated and heated thru.
