Level up your Okra with this Buttered Okra Recipe. Winner!
Today I am sharing Ms Elvie Pobre’s Buttered Okra. I love this recipe and this is the only Okra that I was able to convince my kids to eat. Ms Elvie is a homemaker who loves innovating food and making “out of this world recipes” with simple ingredients that you can buy from the market.

PS: Love Okra but hate the sliminess? Here’s a quick tip! Add a bit of vinegar when cooking your okra so it doesn’t get as sticky. Enjoy!
