Back Pain Home Remedy

My husband was suffering from back pain for several years now but last December -probably because of the cold season, it grew to a point where he couldn’t even move, walk, or get out of the bed.

A couple of visits to the doctor, both western and eastern couldn’t alleviate the pain.

One day, I mentioned to an aunt that my hubby is suffering from back pain and she told me about  a home remedy that cured her when she was suffering from back pain herself. I was very excited but a bit hesitant when she told me how but we tried it anyway.

It was called garlic tea. She told us to buy the native garlic, the small ones that you can usually find in a bundle hanging in the markets. After all, garlic is known for it’s anti-inflammatory properties.


  1. Crush about 10 native garlic cloves.
  2. Boil with one cup of water in low heat.
  3. Remove from the fire once already boiling.
  4. Put in a cup and drink while hot.

My husband prefers to put a bit of honey in it but you can drink it without any sweetener. He drinks it once at night.

The results were mind bendingly awesome. Within 3 days, my husband was already moving around. Now, I am sharing this with you in hopes that you have the same results if you were suffering from back pain or sciatica but the usual disclaimer, I don’t know how it will affect you or your loved one. Hope it helps you with the pain management as it did us!
