Corned Beef Patties Recipe for Back To School Baon Series

I know it’s back to school season again. Though Anakin comes back to school in September since he’s following the Homeschool schedule. But if you’re looking for a child friendly recipe to add to your lunch arsenal, try this corned beef patties which is also perfect for baon for lunch. It’s an easy recipe, and filling too. They can easily gobble up 2 -3 patties and have enough energy for the rest of the day.

I usually serve this up for breakfast but can be lunch if you want it!

  • 1 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying
  • Maya all-purpose flour
