As far as I can remember, our neighborhood Tapa King (Pioneer Kapitolyo) has been there since my college days (1998ish) but my original taste of Tapa King was in Pedro Gil in Metro Manila.

When asked about his favorite he said that he likes Tapa Flakes, with its best-tasting original Tapa recipe, served with garlic rice, sunny side up egg and atchara.
